About Us
Unique Personnel opened its first office at Effra Road in South East London in 2001. We now have over 300 care delivery staff, and have become a renowned Domiciliary and Residential Care Provider and Recruitment Agency recognised for providing high quality healthcare.
Unique Personnel offers a wide range of professional community care services. Our dedicated staff team have a wealth of expertise at all levels across the health care sector. Our services to clients are based on gaining a comprehensive understanding of their individual needs and issues related to their personal environment.
Whether you have care needs as a Service User, or are looking for employment and training in the Care sector, we offer a personalised confidential service. This includes an initial face-to-face, interview to explore your requirements.
We focus on delivering the highest standard of Care provision, matching Service Users identified needs to the skills and experience of our Carers. We acknowledge and maintain the rights, dignity, and privacy, of all individuals, and carers deliver care solutions against individually focused Care Plans and demonstrable industry standard guidelines. Comprehensive training is at the centre of our quality delivery strategy.
We consistently update our staff with the necessary skills and knowledge they need to ensure their continuous personal and professional development and keep them up to date with the latest good practice.
