Care Quality Commission

Unique Personnel is registered with, and are audited by, the relevant government recognised quality assurance bodies, one of which is Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Unique Personnel are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for the delivery of our care services.  The CQC’s purpose  is to make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, and offer high-quality care. The role of the CQC is to monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety and they publish their findings, including performance ratings to help people choose care.

Training Provision

Unique Personnel is registered with recognised awarding bodies for the delivery of its non-vocational and vocational training provision (see 2.8).  The awarding bodies monitor the quality of provision and generally review centre approvals annually. We are currently working towards achieving the government recognised Matrix standard for the delivery of advice and guidance.
